A few answers to your questions.....

 

How soon will my furniture be delivered?


On most products we would allow up to a 12 week lead-time for delivery. However, as a select number of products are held in stock we would endeavour stock products to be delivered within 21 days. Delivery will be arranged within our normal delivery areas on designated days. Requests for specially timed deliveries may be possible, but may be subject to an extra charge.

When your order is available, you will be contacted by a member of our team to arrange delivery. For our local deliveries we use our own highly skilled delivery team and for those customers who are just that little further away we use reliable delivery companies who provide an excellent service. These companies will contact you direct to arrange delivery once they have your goods.

All deliveries during December may be subject to a delay to allow for manufacturer’s holiday shutdowns.

 

What if I wish to change my order?

If you wish to change any orders this must be done within 48 hours of your order being placed. Should you wish to cancel or change out with the 48 hours this would be at the discretion of Fabers Furnishings and you may incur charges.

 

Are all products available to view in your store?


Fabers Furnishings is home to a massive range of furniture, that change frequently to keep our showroom fresh and exciting. However as our product range is so vast not everything is on the showroom floor to view.

Look out for these special “Available to view in store” icons on product images if the product you are looking at has this icon, we have it in our showroom. For further information contact us: sales@fabers.co.nz

 

The material colour / style I am looking for does not seem to be available on your website?

We try our best to give you most available styles, fabric options etc online at Fabers Furnishings however some companies have such an extensive range it is not possible to display every option. If you are looking for something in particular and it is not displayed online, please contact us: sales@fabers.co.nz

 

What happens if I ordered a few pieces of furniture and they have different lead times or part of my order is in stock?

Generally we would delivery all goods at the same time which means if some products were in stock they would be reserved for you. However if you required a product urgently, depending on the circumstance it may be possible to offer a split delivery (this may occur an additional delivery cost).

 

 

Do you build up furniture that requires assembly?


We provide a full service when delivering your furniture that means our team will deliver your furniture, unpack and take away all wrapping, assemble any furniture pieces that require to be built up and also place your furniture in its desired location.
